Dear Friend,
Preparations are in full swing for the High Holidays at Chabad at UT.
This Rosh Hashanah, we expect to welcome more than 400 students on the first night alone, with hundreds more joining us throughout Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur and Sukkot.
For many Jewish students, especially those unable to travel home, Chabad becomes their home for the High Holidays. We are preparing meaningful services, festive family-style meals, and the warmth of celebrating together with homemade brisket, kugel, challah and all the familiar tastes of home.
Throughout the entire High Holiday season, we will also be providing hot meals and a welcoming place for students to gather, connect and celebrate their Judaism.
Our goal is simple: every Jewish student at UT should have a place to call home for the High Holidays.
Chabad at UT is independently funded and relies on the generosity of parents, alumni and friends who believe in ensuring a strong and vibrant Jewish future on campus.
Please consider making a tax-deductible gift and helping us provide that home for every student who walks through our doors this High Holiday season.
Every gift makes a difference and helps ensure that no Jewish student has to celebrate alone.
Wishing you and your family a happy, healthy and sweet New Year.
Shana Tova U’Metuka!
