Passover is quickly approaching and we are preparing over 1000 meals to serve our amazing Jewish Longhorns!
Passover is quickly approaching, and we are looking forward to hosting 400 students for the Seders, and even more throughout the festival. Our Seders are among the most popular at UT, as we welcome everyone regardless of observance, religious affiliation or financial ability.
Our commitment is to have a place at our table for everyone.
Kosher for Passover provisions are expensive, and when people feel at home, their appetite feels at home too.
Plain and simple, we need to make good food and lots of it.
We ask for your help in sponsoring our Passover activities.
Please Consider sponsoring
$25,000 - Spring Semester Partner
$18,000 - First Seder Partner
$10,000 - Second Seder Partner
$5,000 - Matza Partner
$3,600 - Haggadah Sponsor
$1,800 - L'Chaim Sponser
$1,000 - Brisket Giver
$540 - Prayer Giver
$360 - Dayenu Giver
$180 - Matza Ball Giver
Consider for a moment the difference we can make in the lives of the next generation of Jews - today's college students.
Our Passover activities are one of the largest expenses in our annual operating budget. Only with your caring and generous support can we continue to support the student community on campus.
Please take the time to contribute here. We thank everyone who has already responded.
We wish you and yours a Kosher and joyous Passover; a time for family and tradition, a time for personal and collective redemption.
Sincerely,
Rabbi Zev & Ariela Johnson
